- Knowledge of adult learning & development
- Knowledge of machine or electrical equipment overview and maintenance system
- Knowledge of cement production process

- Support Hardware
- Support Software
- Support Communications
- Support Security and backup
- Support Standards/Policy/Procedure and user capacity building
Qualifications:
- BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant/specific field
- Minimum two years of professional working experience in system administration and providing hardware and software support.
- Practical experience and knowledge in administering and supporting Microsoft Windows server 2012/2016, Windows 10,11 and Office O365
- Knowledge of network design, configuration, and management.
- Understanding and experience of Router/Firewall configuration, VPN, and remote access
- Technological awareness, up-to-date knowledge, and skills on latest development in the field of information technology.
- Basic knowledge of business application
