Main duties include:

  • Visit project sites to introduce CMIC products and services
  • Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety
  • Register influencers to “Club Simong Ot” while introducing the volume driven program
  • Project sites converted to CMIC products
  • Maintain a high level of relationship with the influencer groups while empowering them
  • Technical support services to influencers at the market place
  • Frequent coordination with Respective Sales team members and related teams

Qualifications:

  • High Diploma of Construction/Bachelor degree of Civil engineering.
  • Experienced in construction, especially with the influencers

Main duties include

  • To improve sales representatives’ effectiveness by field coaching on sales process; executing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives

  • Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns/credits. This area will include out of dates, damaged and un-saleable goods.
  • Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock.

Main duties include:

  • Provide Sales for Ecocycle by engaging the Key accounts and other Industry waste generators.
  • Provide customer service excellence
  • Effectively manage the collection and delivery of waste from source to the plant
  • Negotiate and close contract
  • Promote and contribute to OH&S and environmental compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science or Business, as long as it is in conjunction with a hunger to develop and learn, and to be proactive
  • 2-3 experience in the field of Sales and will be added advantage for B2B Sales.
  • Previous experience in community base project will be added advantage.
  • Dedicated and focused; has a proven ability to communicate sharply and concisely with stakeholders;
  • Good communication in Chinese and English, Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Independent and self-motivated professional;

Main mission includes:

  • To serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining customer database.
  • To ensure the coordination with all cross function, especially with logistic and production team is aligned.
  • To ensure fast communication and response time to call centre, whereas all issues shall be solve within the SLA period (Due to it severity of the issue, the SLA shall be varied)
  • To build and enhance customer satisfaction by performing a series of tasks and activities required by the customers or other stakeholders.
  • To fulfilled call centre task during off peak period where call centre officer can no longer response to the customer orders or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business administrator in people management or related filed
  • Senior level of handling customer experience and coordination skill. SAP, Complaint handling, Customer Service / Call Center.
  • Investigate and improve raised issued by customers or cross function
  • Ensure great and consistent customer service experiences
  • English Language Level:  Good, written and spoken and able to use Microsoft Office Programs
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
